Retention and deletion

Beta financial records are retained to provide the requested service. Request export or deletion at info@sav.digital; identity, permissions and any rights of other participants must be checked.

A complete schedule for active records, mail queues, enquiries, logs and backups awaits approval. Backup recovery was checked before the initial imports. This does not establish a complete off-site backup schedule or a particular automatic retention period.

Removing active records does not instantly erase all backups. Legal duties and contractual evidence may require separate, limited retention. No unapproved deadline or absolute absence of technical access is promised.

Restoration must account for deletion requests before records are reopened. Destroying a key does not guarantee irreversibility if other copies exist. The demo allows deleting sessions and active fictional data; session expiry and file deletion are different processes.
